What can you expect during the 21 Day Detox Program:
No need to worry if you’re feeling apprehensive about detoxing – this program is far from extreme measures like fasting or colon cleansing – (which we do not recommend). It adopts a sensible approach that is easy to follow.
Over the three weeks of the program, you’ll indulge in regular meals and snacks based on delicious whole foods, along with fresh, natural fruits and vegetables. I have carefully curated a menu to ensure you feel full and satisfied throughout the journey. The menu plan will help you
- Provide your body with nutrients from fresh, (organic if possible) foods.
- Rehydrate your system with plenty of purified water.
- Reduce the body’s load by avoiding sugar, processed foods, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, and non-essential drugs, freeing up resources for efficient toxin processing.
- Enhance toxin elimination through your liver and bowel via a simple diet of whole foods
- While some may experience minor physical discomfort in the first week, these symptoms are typically mild and transient. Just be mindful of a headache on day 4 if detoxing from caffeine.
